Good morning, a customer suddenly fails to login. Amelia can't recognize the user, I send the customer's email.
This is most probably a cache issue, please ask your client to clear website and browser cache and try again. In case this does not work he can simply use the Forgot password link and he will receive the login credentials once again.
I'm sorry that but the clearing cache solutions didn't work. The customer tried more than one browser, cleared the cache and restarted the computer. Unfortunately this solution (which is too often given as a solution) has not produced any results. I reset my password but the email with the name is not recognized. As a last resort I deleted her account asking her to make a new one .... hoping that she has the patience to do so before contacting someone else. Is there no software cache? Sincerely Antonio Ammannati
Could you please tell us if this customer has previously booked any appointments and had access to customer panel before or was he created manually?
Also please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please check the URL of the page where the customer panel shortcode should be located
Your clients are trying to log into your WP dashboard. Please make sure the URL placed here is actually the URL of the page that contains the corresponding shortcode.
Blazenka is out of the office today, so I'll take over her ticket.
The issue was with a 3rd party Guzzle library. This was the error message on the payment page:
message: "Call to undefined function GuzzleHttp\\Psr7\\stream_for()"
I uploaded a modified version of Amelia and it fixed the issue.
Please delete cache on your browser, and test again, PayPal should work fine. Please note that your PayPal is currently in Sandbox mode, so you won't be able to use a real account for testing. Either switch to the Live mode, and use a real account, or use a Sandbox customer account.
Could you please tell us the service ID where you notice this behavior? We tried to test several but could not see any other payment method, could you please try clearing your cache?
We are still not able to reproduce the issue even as a new user, in incognito mode or on different browsers. Since we have never opened your website before on this computer it loads the current settings so the only logical explanation would be that this is a cache issue. If you could send us the links to the pages where we can see this behavior and reproduce it we would be able to assist more, what happens when you select the on-site payment method, are you able to book that way?
You can go back to the previous version, but we really don't recommend that since we cannot provide support for outdated versions or guarantee it's functionality.

Can you please try from a different computer or from an incognito window, there must be some cache involved on your side?
Here is how we see it on our end
