With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Hello,
I wanted to know if it is possible to transfer plugin to another domain after buying the it. I need to test the plugin on the test page and after, transfer it to the client domain. Test will take one to two days. Is there is such an option ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We recently added a possibility for you to manage your domains in our store. So, access the store and you will see the Manage domains button, so you can delete the old domain there and then you will be able to activate your purchase code on your new domain when you go to wpDataTables -> Settings -> Activation tab

unfortunately, I don't have that option. I need to transfer the premium version of the plugin to another domain, please help.

We can deactivate the licence on the old domain from our side but you will need to activate it on the other domain from wpDataTables Settings - Activation.
Just tell us the purchase code and the domain name and we will gladly do it for you.
