We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I would Like to buy Amelia, but.i have a question.

I am offering some class rooms for rent, I want to know if I can show the times slots as 8;00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 23:00.

I saw your demo but I don't know if I can configure the exact times clients can pick.

my second question, is it possible for a client who choose two time slots ( 8:00 to 18:00 ) to apply a specific price for this ?

Thank you so much for this great job and plugin

    Hi Oussama,

thank you for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

Sure, you can set this by adjusting employee's working hours and service duration.

Set your employee to have a shift from 8;00 to 12:00 then another set for 13:00 to 18:00, and another for 18:00 to 23:00.

Or one for 8;00 to 12:00 and another for 13:00 to 23:00.

    Or even 8;00 to 23:00, with 1h break between 12:00 and 13:00.

    Service duration would be 4h.

The only way to book two slots would be trough Packages feature in the Pro or Developer licence.

In this case the price would double because they are 2 bookings.

    Hello Ivana,

Thank you for your helpful answer, I bought the Pro licence, but unfortunately I can't set the service hours that I want, it's proposing 12:00,16:00,20:00. and its just deleting any value I insert or changing it into the closest one ( when I put 13:00 it changes to 12:00 ).

maybe I am doing something wrong, can you please help me with that ?

    Hi Oussama,

thank you so much for purchasing Ameliasmile.png

Are you making this change in Service settings or in Employee's Work hours?
