The error may be appearing due to multiple reasons - I would like to check; please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please tell me if you used this employee to test this: vendor test
Also, I am having trouble finding the Employee panel page, can you please direct me as Google Translation extension for English isn't very good and it does not provide translation for page titles.
Hi Ivana. I think it would be easier for you to add a new empty page and put the Employee panel shortcode there to do all your tests. You can add a new user as well to test the panel. The Employee panel is on the login page http://www.gerrydev.com/wedTalks/%D7%94%D7%A6%D7%98%D7%A8%D7%A4%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%94%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%9E%D7%94/ and is only visible to logged-in users with the role "vendor". I think it will be easier for you to test it on a new blank page. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Unfortunately, the problem remains not resolved. The same issue persists on the front-end employee panel and there is no way to edit the appointments - the modal never loads. The error display in the console:
Hi Ivana, Thank you for the advice. I did as you suggested and removed the old version completely from the server. Unfortunately, the problem remains not resolved. Can you please check again? Thanx :)
thank you so much; it was important to rule it out as a cause.
I will now forward your credentials to a senior colleague, as modal allows me to open it but it does not allow login nor it remembers the password I set for the employee.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated!
I only now see that the ticket did not reach the senior, as I have forwarded the entire inquiry but it apparently remained with me instead. I have reassigned it to him, so he will check and contact you back.
I created a new WordPress user, with the same 2 user roles your other employees (vendors) have. When I logged into the user and visited the page, I couldn't see the Amelia Employee panel loading anywhere on the page:
I used the test page Ivana created here without issues:
The edit modal also opens up without issues:
As far as I can see, it's working fine on a separate page, so the issue here may be that you're providing access to the employee panel page based on a different user role, not "Amelia Employee". Try logging into this panel with one of your employees, and see if it's going to let you or not.
Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested and changed the number of days available for booking in advance to 90. It did not solve the problem unfortunately.
Aleksandar is out of the office, so I contacted the developer he was in touch with; he will check in and let us know tomorrow, so I will contact you back then
Just to let you know that our developers will make a change in the plugin, so it doesn't look for a year ahead and a year before for available time slots, but instead only the "Period available for booking in advanced".
It will be included in the next update, but until then, please try using the incognito mode as Ivana suggested.
When clicking on edit appointment in the employee dashboard the modal is not loading and an error is displayed in the console:
"
GET http://www.gerrydev.com/wedTalks/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/slots&serviceId=1&providerIds[]=2&extras=[]&excludeAppointmentId=2&group=0&timeZone=Asia%2FJerusalem&page=appointments 500 (Internal Server Error)
"

Hi Gerry,
thank you for letting us know; I reentered your site and I see that there are still double Amelia files:
Please make sure to remove one fully.
Hi Ivana,
Thank you for the advice. I did as you suggested and removed the old version completely from the server.
Unfortunately, the problem remains not resolved.
Can you please check again?
Thanx :)

Hello Aleksandar,
Is there any news wor the solution to the issue
Hi Gerry,
Aleksandar is out of the office, so I contacted the developer he was in touch with; he will check in and let us know tomorrow, so I will contact you back then
Thank you for your patience
Hi Gerry,
the developer suggested trying to log in from the incognito mode.
Make sure that you are not logged into WP with any account admin or employee while you're doing this.
Hi again Gerry
Just to let you know that our developers will make a change in the plugin, so it doesn't look for a year ahead and a year before for available time slots, but instead only the "Period available for booking in advanced".
It will be included in the next update, but until then, please try using the incognito mode as Ivana suggested.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
