In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I would like my customers to be able to book more that one treatments per booking a massage 30 mins and a facial 30 mins,
how do I set that up?

You can either create one of these as an extra (for example you can create massage as a service and then facial as an extra).
Thank you, but am I able to have my client adding any extra treatment they want from available services already, Like having the list of all treatments coming up and allowing the client to choose from the menu like a drop down menu of all the services. If not possible they definitely need to add this feature before checkout.

Maybe using service specific shortcode would help then?

Then only that service will show, if that would be easier for your client.
Extra is tightly connected to the service it was created in, so when only that particular service is selected, they will only see Extras for that service alone.
