    Hi,

    my client uses the Amelia plugin for their blueberry plantation where people can pick the fruits on their own. Because of Corona they can only let 120 people into the plantation at the same time. For this they use your plugin. So people book one hour free of charge.

    There is one thing I can't find out: How can up to 120 people set an appointment for the same time? Right now only one person can book a specific time together with some people that come with him. But after the booking no one else can book this time anymore.

    I have created a user and have given him the service with 1 to max. 120 people for this service.

    what else do I have to do?

    Hi Holger

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can increase the capacity of one class by increasing maximum capacity of that service..

    Maximum capacity determines the max amount of people who can sign up for one time slot appointment.

    Then please go to Amelia > Settings > Appointments, and check if the Allow Booking Below Minimum is turned on. This will keep the time slot open for booking until the maximum has been reached.
