We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Howdy and grand rising,

Client wants to view all their services/appointments on a calendar and be able to click the date to view the days appontments.

If that isn't possible, is there a way to show all upcoming scheduled appontments w/o having them to login. A shortcode that allows them to view just the appointments data

    Hi DoQtor

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am not sure are you referring to employees or clients?

For both we have the front end panel where they can keep track of their appointments. You can see detailed instructions on how to set them up, in our documentation

    https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/

    https://wpamelia.com/front-end-employee-panel/

Also if you have enabled the Next day reminder email notification to be sent, your employees and clients will receive the details of the appointment one day prior.

Apologies. I was referring to employees.  Currently, the client (the employees) want to view the listing of their upcoming appoiintments that have been scheduled.  Is there a way for them to see those appointments w/o having them to login to the employee panel?  For example, is there a way for them to pull up a page which has the calendar w/ all teh appointments listed by date and time?  or atleast background color changes to something like green to signal there are atleast 1 appontment on that day and signals them to click on that particular day. Once they do, it pulls up another page with ALl the appointments listed for that particular day. I know i mentioned alot just then, lol apologies....

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
