We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Currently after someone schedules a service, it gives them the standard Congrats page and offers them to finish or add to their google calendar. Is there away to send the clients to a custom thank you page versus that particular page. Right now, if I hit the finish but, it then goes to the custom page but I would rather just skip that standard page and redirect them straight to the custom thank you page.

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    I'm afraid, the "Thank you" page can be only standard for all the Services. Now, you can customize it with the new Customize feature (available in updated version 4.0.1), but still, it will be one general page.

    However, you can add different Redirect pages for all the Services in Edit Service -> Settings -> General:

    Thanks. How do I customize that Thank You page?  Also, is there a list of updates that are included in the updated version?

    You can customize the "Thank you" page in Amelia -> Customize, for example:
