Can I Delete Purchased Package From Customer Panel?

Hi, I wonder if I can delete packages that has been purchase by customers in the customers panel, so they don't longer have the option to book appointment from the packages purchased. Is there any way to do that? Attached the screenshot.

    Hi, Julio,

I'm afraid, if a Package was purchased, it can't be deleted on the Services page unless the Customer books all the remaining appointments. Our developers have this option on their to-do list, but I can't tell you precisely when it will be added.

You can only cancel the appointments of the client (since if an appointment is cancelled, it can't be re-booked), and issue a refund.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

Okay, got it Liza, thank you.

I mean, there might be a case when the customer booked a package but they haven't paid yet, then they somehow want to cancel the package purchased. In that case, the package needs to be deleted without beeing booked first.

    Julio,

Yes, I understand that. However, we don't have such an option at the moment, unfortunately. Our developers will add more features to Packages in one of the coming updates since they have some limitations now.

    Sorry for this inconvenience.
