Please note that we don't provide live support at the moment, but we are trying to proceed with the new tickets as soon as possible in the order they were submitted (for workdays waiting time doesn't exceed one day).
It depends on which email notifications you use. The most common scenario is when coupon placeholders are being added to the Appointment Approved notification.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
If you add the corresponding placeholder, for example, %coupon_1%, to the Appointment Approved notification, then a Customer will receive it only after the 5th booking. Otherwise, there will be a blank space instead.
If you use any language but English on your site, then there will be no email templates, I'm afraid.
Also, if your site's language is English, please note that if you use Grammarly or any similar service/add-on, then the templates can be "invisible" due to a conflict with this add-on. So, in order to see the templates, you should disable Grammarly.
no ive now opened it even on a browser on which grammarly isnt installed and its still not showing also when im sending a test email its also not sending? And my website and everything is in english.
Could you please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside? You can post credentials as a private response to this ticket.
You use PHP mail service and it's not very reliable since emails sent with it can easily end up in the Spam folder or be blocked by mail service.
I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them which settings should be made in order to use SMTP mail service on your WP site. And then change the service to SMTP. We have an example of how SMTP can be set in our documentation, however, it's better to ask your provider first in order to save time since they might have some specific settings.
As I mentioned before, it can be blocked by your mail service provider as a suspicious email address as well.
You can see by my test that it worked. Which means it was sent by Amelia. In this case, the only reason why it wasn't delivered when you tested it is that it was blocked on its way.
Hi liza i am replying to you since his problem still persists with a client saying she didnt get an approval email and me still not getting it if i sent from test or do a booking. you should be able to replicate it. please help as this is plain embarrasing!
if you can setup your email account and do a test and its not marked as suspicious then you can say that the emails is working in amelia otherwise not. As youve just went ahead and tested with php mail and said therefore you can say its working its really not and its marked as suspicious.
The hosting is with Bluehost a well known provider so you say that all people thats with bluehost does have the same problem as emails doesnt get delivered immediately and get marked as suspicious??
Also what do you mean we should use a well known provider such as google? Do you say we should connect a gmail account with the amelia plugin and see if it works?
Sorry for this misunderstanding, I did not say you should use a well-known provider like Google, I said you should test it with Google since usually Google emails have no issues with being recognized by other mails services.
I tested emails on your site multiple times, and I had the same outcome: they worked. Unfortunately, we cannot tell why they are not being delivered by your mail service on time since it doesn't depend on Amelia. We can be responsible only for Amelia's functionality, and once an email notification is triggered, it's totally up to the mail service how and when it will be delivered. And we cannot do anything about that.
in what email notification do i need to copy the coupon replacement for coupons generated on recurring appointments
Here the endless wait on feedback starts!

Please help.
Ok so ive setup a coupon to be generated after 5 appointments, now my question is where should I paste the coupon code and how to setup the email.
I have an email setup for appointment approval but surely the coupon code cannot be inserted after every appontment approval???
So please help
Lindi,
It won't be sent after each Appointment.
If you add the corresponding placeholder, for example, %coupon_1%, to the Appointment Approved notification, then a Customer will receive it only after the 5th booking. Otherwise, there will be a blank space instead.
Best Regards.
Could you hel with this one as well:None of my default email templates are showing please could you send them to me so that i can paste them in again
Lindi,

I couldn't recreate this issue.

Hi liza i am replying to you since his problem still persists with a client saying she didnt get an approval email and me still not getting it if i sent from test or do a booking. you should be able to replicate it. please help as this is plain embarrasing!

Lindi,
How were these appointments booked - on the front-end or on the back-end?
Please provide me with a new WP Admin login/access link, since the previous one got expired.
Best Regards.
