I think this is the right app for me, but need to know whether I can do a specific thing, and how I would set this up. 

I run a psychology practice, so I see people for online therapy. I am the only one offering appointments. 

I want to offer 3 kinds of service/appointment, and allow people to book in the following way, to keep myself as busy as I want to be.

1-hour therapy sessions

1.5 hour assessment sessions

30-minute initial enquiry phone call 

I want therapy sessions to be bookable at specific times. e.g. therapy session 1 is 4.45-5.45, 15 minute break, then therapy session 2 is 6-7, 15-minute break, then therapy session 3 is 7.15-8.15. 

I would like assessments to be flexibly bookable by the client in the same system, using what would otherwise be the break between therapy appointments, so e.g. therapy session 1 4.45 to 5.45, assessment session 5.45-7.15, therapy session 2 is 7.15-8.15. 

I would also like to be able to offer some slots as either therapy or initial enquiry, but not allow all of the slots to be used like this. 

So, if I were to set up these appointment types, would there be an option for people to book e.g. 

Initial appointments at 4.45-5.15, or 7.15-7.45, 

Therapy appointments at 4.45-5.45, 6-7, or 7.15-8.15. 

Assessment at 5.45-7.15

Then, if someone booked one of those, the other types of appointment which would have been bookable at the same time, would stop showing as available on the calendar - e.g. if someone booked that assessment, the option to book therapy at 6-7 would automatically disappear, so I couldn't get double-booked.

Is this possible?!?

Also, is it possible to use Amelia outside of a wordpress website?

I am swamped with appointment bookings at the moment so would really appreciate a quick reply if at all possible please.
