When customers arrive for group session is there away for the trainer to check them in or somehow log their attendance? I need for our trainers to be able to verify and track attendees vs appointments so we have a record of anyone that didn't show up.

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
At the moment, there's no particular No-show status in Amelia.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Also, probably it can work the way you require if an Employee changes the status of a non-show attendee on the back-end or on the Employee panel to "Rejected", for example. However, in this case, Employees will have to track attendance manually (there's no filter that can show this statistic).
