thank you for contacting; I found your message in another ticket; thank you for opening yours as I will potentially need your login info.
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
Also, the issue could be that one of your other plugins loads vue.js files everywhere, not just on the pages it is loaded on, so it's causing a conflict with Amelia.
Please go to Amelia's Customize section, and disable this slider:
After you do that, clear cache on your website, and test again.
Once you have checked these points if it still does not work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes it is visible but that is the fix I put in so that my clients could still use the system, it is not how I had it before. Please check these pages https://smhf.org.uk/appointments-test and https://smhf.org.uk/events-test/ (calendar at bottom of page) using the shortcodes within my page builder they will not load any more, it all worked fine before the update. Please can you look at this again.
Hello
I updated to 4.0.1 this morning and now my shortcodes are not displaying on the front end.
https://smhf.org.uk/appointments/ and https://smhf.org.uk/events/
It doesn't seem to load when using my content builder https://theme.co/pro but it was fine before.

I am surprised after providing login details that I had no reply at all, I am now left all weekend with no booking system available to my clients!
Hi Mandy,
thank you for contacting back and providing the credentialsI do apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
This was amended; Amelia is visible on your site as shown below:
