We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    1. Когда я покупаю пакет Базовый 1 домен/год - мне необходимо каждый год покупать ключ активации?

    2. Сколько стоит продление ежегодного базового пакета?

    3. Есть ли еще платежи внутри пакета, кроме тарифного плана отправки СМС?

    1. When I buy a Basic 1 domain / year package - do I need to buy an activation key every year?
2. How much does it cost to renew the annual basic package?
3. Are there other payments within the package, except for the tariff plan for sending SMS?

    Hi Aleksey

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    1. The activation key is included in the purchase. Once you purchase the plugin, you will receive the access to our store where you can see your activation code anytime.

    2. The subscription plan renews automatically every year and the price is the same for each year from the day you buy the plugin. 

    3. There are no additional charges within the plugin, except for SMS notifications since that is an integration and it comes from a third party service provider.
