I want to display my services and packages individually in catalog format. The services show up, but the package will not display on my page. I have followed all the instructions to make this happen.

    Hi Sandra,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

You can check out our various shortcodes:

You can have all services in one catalog view with [ameliacatalog show=services] or just one by one with [ameliacatalog service=ID]

You can also have your packages displayed in the same way, with [ameliacatalog show=packages] or individual ones with [ameliacatalog package=ID].

For the packages in particular, is the package containing services that are properly connected to employees? Are minimum of required bookings set for that package? Do employees working on the package services have enough of worktime to fit the service duration seamlessly?

  • Sandra Pradas replied

I am using these shortcodes automatically generated. Only the services appear -- the package does not appear. Everything seems to be set up properly.

    [ameliacatalog service=1 employee=1]

    [ameliacatalog service=2]

    [ameliacatalog service=3]

    [ameliacatalog package=1 employee=1]

    Hi Sandra,

in that case, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the excellent service!

    1. The customer has 6 months to book all of the services in the package, but when they select a date, they are not allowed to go into the next month.

    2. No one can book any service after July. All the dates are blocked off in August, Sept., etc.

    3. Customer cannot get to payment step. Paypal is turned on for each service.

    Hi Sandra,

    thank you for contacting backsmile.png

    1. This is because bookings cannot be made past July, as period available for booking is 20 days. That means customers can only book 20 days ahead (this can be amended and increased in Amelia > Settings > General Settings):

    2. This is also the reason for this issue.

    3. There is an error with PayPal stating "Client Authentication failed"; please check the key and the secret (they should match 100% and have no spaces in them - this sometime happens during the copy / paste process, there is a space in the beginning or the end; I haven't found any now, but if you copy them again be aware of this)

Thank you -- I re-pasted and it is working now! One thing that seems off when testing is booking the package. The package includes one 90-min service + 2 60-min. services. When booking, they can book the 90-min + 1 60 min, then it goes to payment. Will they be able to book the second 60-min separately, or can they have the option to book all at the same time?

    Hi Sandra,

I'm glad to hear it workssmile.png

For the package, you can determine how many appointments they have to book immediately.

In Package > Edit, you have an option saying Minimum Bookings Required.

If you set it to 0 customer will not have to book any appointment for that service in the package right away; and they can do so later in their Customer Panel.
