    The amelia booking category keeps loading even when there are services in the category. It refuses to show my 3rd category on the front end after I made a couple of changes. Also, it saves all the service numbers even after you've deleted them. There's a coding problem on amelia's plugin side that is causing an issue. Even when I  create a new category with services to work around the bug, it will not show the new category with services. I'm using the shortcodes for the other categories and it works fine. Not sure what's wrong with this particular category, and yes an employee is assigned to it. Someone, please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please let us know if you have updated Amelia to 4.0.1. that was released yesterday as it includes those fixes, please remember to clear your website and browser cache to make sure you get a fresh load of Amelia. If you still have the same issues please let us know so we can investigate this further.

    Hi Ashley 

    The error message shown on the screenshot appears if you don't have any employees assigned to your created services or the services are not set to display on front-end so the plugin has nothing to display there. 

    Please check your setup and if you still can't get them to display properly please send us the login credentials (admin) so we can remote in and investigate this further. 

    If with this Also, it saves all the service numbers even after you've deleted them. you refer to the ID numbers, this is the way it is supposed to work so each service has a unique ID number assigned to them in the database.

    Somehow after the update,  I gave it a day or 2, and it's now working fine. Maybe it just needed a couple of hours to fully update. Thank you so much. It's been resolve.

    ****Resolve , my client removed the hours for the service which caused the issue. She was adjusting her schedule and did not add the service to be apart of her weekly schedule. Sorry for inconvenience...
