Unfortunately it is not possible to merge appointments in this way. You will have to place two booking shortcodes for those different locations and your clients will gave to make 2 separate bookings for each location.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I'm dispappointed about the lack of this feature, to be transparent. I hope you'll manage something out with this.
Quick info tho : if I need to do that, it's because "rooms" are not supported on Amelia. I can have 2 locations but 2 rooms in it too. I added it as a location but I can't merge 2 locations in one calendar. Pretty strange.

This displays but I don't understand which location is chosen here. Can you help me do this please?
