I'm not sure if the update has caused some issues with our site
- we've lost some areas of our booking page.
- It takes a very, very long time to load the page and the categories don't load (every now and then they do but when it does it appears we've lost the booking ability from our booking page
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Julien, please kindly open a separate ticket, as would need your credentials as well; however, please do not share them here in someone else's ticket - send a new one and we will assist as soon as possible
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
Also, the issue could be that one of your other plugins loads vue.js files everywhere, not just on the pages it is loaded on, so it's causing a conflict with Amelia.
Please go to Amelia's Customize section, and disable this slider:
After you do that, clear cache on your website, and test again.
Great, thank you - I'm really sorry, I cannot find the reason why it wouldn't let me access. I have tried the ameliasupport account it offered, but no luck.

Hello, I have the same problem. Did you find a solution ?
Hi Tania,
thank you for reaching out to us
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

thanks Ivana, I need an email to set you up.
Can you please provide me with one
Hi Tania,
it tells me that the "user does not exist" with email [email protected] or username [email protected], very strange.
Also your address seems to have both HTTP and HTTPS http://https//:australiancleaning.com.au
I am having the same problems! [ameliabooking] and [ameliaevents type=calendar] are not loading at all.
Hi Mandy,
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?

Hi Ivana,
I've just tried your recommendation and but it hasn't fixed the problem.
I'll double check the access I gave you.
Hi Tania,
I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
The site still advises that my account does not exist with [email protected].
It insists that account ameliasupport does exist, however I don't have a password or login data for it.
The only other thing I can suggest without access, is to go to Amelia > Settings > Activation, and activate:
Load Entities on page load
Thanks Ivana,
I've just tried that and have attached what came up on our booking page
Great, thank you - I'm really sorry, I cannot find the reason why it wouldn't let me access. I have tried the ameliasupport account it offered, but no luck.
I will let Aleksandar know
