Please deactivate the plugin, clear cache, activate it again, and clear cache once more. If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
Also, make sure to send me the database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel).
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Upgrading from 3.3 to 4.0 results in a blank backend page for Customize, Finance, and others.
When prompted to update on the Installed Plugins page, the View Details page for 4.0 is blank. It shows changelog details for 3.3.

Did as you said, but turning it off and then on again didnt do it. I had to rollback to the previous version.
