    The appointment time slot when trying to book on the same day is not showing all available bookings. Its 1 hour booking time slots. At 1:00pm today it only showed 6:00pm to 8:00pm appointments available. It has an all day book and and hourly book so 2 services with 1 employee attached to both so not to overbook. That is the correct way? I have the day book for 12 hrs. and the hourly book duration for 1 hour. I have employees work schedule from 8am to 8pm as well. So the question is why the time slots not showing all available for the same day? If you need anymore information feel free to let me know. Look forward to your response. Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please check if you have any buffer times set for that service that are included in the time slot

    Also if you have any events that are occurring at the same time and this employee is assigned to them, this period will not be available for booking appointments.

    If the employee is assigned to different services and he has appointments scheduled for one of them, that period will also not be available for booking another service.

    Thanks for your response but there is no buffer time set and each employee is only assigned to 2 services the hourly booking and the daily booking as was the guidance given to me through this portal.

    At 8:54am this morning the earliest booking is 1:00pm?? But the next day shows the proper time frames? Only on same day booking is the issue? Also the employee is not assigned to any other event or service and nothing is currently booked so there should be no issue or conflict. As soon as it reached 9:00am the earliest booking went to 2:00pm. Another thing is it doesn't matter the employee or service all the hourly ones do this.

    Thank you for confirming that.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Rick

    Could you please tell us what particular service you are noticing this behavior when booking?

    We tried to recreate the issue with Guy Mitchel and daily and hourly booking of conference room, and could find any issues, open time slots on the day display available times from the current hour onward.

    could you please check your time zone and let us know if the times match?

    At 8:01 this morning this is my results for hourly booking for conference room 1:00pm for next available. Even the pic you sent starts at 11:00am should be 8:00am for first booking. At 8:00am should show 9:00am for next available. Co-work space hourly does the same thing. Is there a time zone configuration inside Amelia?

    Next day and following days works as should its just same day booking for hourly is not working. It shows hours later as the next available booking appointment. At 8:00am it show 1:00pm as next available. All hourly bookings and all employees do this

    Hi Rick

    Since my time zone is different than yours when I entered the website it was almost 1 o'clock for me so the first available booking time was according to your current time which is 2 hours behind - so I was able to book only from 11am onward. 

    Amelia does not have it's own time zone configuration but it inherits whatever is set in WP Settings -General. and we always advise to use the city instead of UTC when setting the time zone

    If you can please test how the booking hours appear from another computer just to make sure your date&time settings are not causing this.
