    Prezados, a meses eu uso o amélia e um outro plugin chamado Woozone em meu site. ambos funcionam corretamente, porém saiu uma atualização para o plugin amélia, para versão 4.0. O meu atual é da versão 3.3 .

    Não consigo atualizar pois o mesmo gera um erro crítico no meu wordpress e pelo que indica é um conflito com o plugin woozone. O erro só acontece quando tento atualizar o plugin amélia para versão 4.0

    Preciso de ajuda.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you tried disabling Woozone and updating Amelia manually?

    Please download the full version from the email you received when you purchased the plugin (some hostings treat it as Spam, so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you received an email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download the full version from.

    My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

    1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin

    2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

    4.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)

    5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

    6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.

    7.) Clear server and browser cache

    If you are on hosting where you are not allowed to access your FTP, then follow these instructions:

    Please note that after you delete the plugin from your Plugins section, you WILL NOT lose your data.

    1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin

    2.) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress' Plugins page

    3) Click on Add new in top left of your Plugins page

    4) Click on Upload plugin in top left of your Plugins page

    5.) Choose the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file

    6.) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin

    7.) Clear server and browser cache.

    Please note that our plugin is around 8 MB in size, so if you are not able to upload it through WordPress plugins page, you will need to increase the following:

    upload_max_file size, 

    post_max_size,

    max_execution_time

    You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

    Normalmente este erro aparece quando outro plugin está usando a biblioteca Guzzle e está substituindo o Wzone. Desative os plug-ins ativos um por um para ver qual deles está substituindo o Guzzle do Wzone.Atenciosamente,Bogdan
     

    Como eu devo proceder para corrigir o erro? Preciso atualizar o amélia, mas não posso excluir op woozone, preciso dos dois plugins ativos e funcionando no site

    Usually this error appears when another plugin is using the Guzzle library and is replacing Wzone. Please disable the active plugins one by one to see which one is replacing Wzone's Guzzle. Regards, Bogdan
     

    How should I go about fixing the error? I need to update amelia, but I can't delete the woozone, I need both plugins active and working on the site

    Thank you for sharing this with us.

    Could you please please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to find a solution for the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Diego

    We believe that we resolved the issue. 

    Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. Then, go to your Plugins section, deactivate and delete Amelia, and then download the installation file attached to my response and install it.

    After that, clear cache and test again, and do let us know if i works.

    Foram vocês que atualizaram o plugin e desativaram o outro? Toda minha loja está com todos os produtos fora do ar, pq foi desativado o plugin Woozone, e ativado o Amélia. Preciso resolver este problema. Preciso dos dois plugins ativados.

    Olá, tem mais um probleminha sim... Acabei de notar o seguinte.

    O E-mail automatico de lembrança do atendimento não está sendo enviado para o paciente e nem para o profissional, com o link da sala de reunião do zoom para atendimento, fiz conforme as orientações, incluindo a linha de chamada no meu crom, mas não está funcionando. Podem me ajudar com isso?

    Hi Diego

    Issues with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings. 

    2. Your website has PHP version less than 7 

    3. The credentials are not correct 

    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent. 

    5. If you're using Gmail, please make sure "Allow less secure apps" is enabled.

    Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.
