In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, is it possible to generate a sequential booking reference number for each booking which is sent to the customer as well as the employee? this would allow the employee to track the order based on the booking reference number.

I'm afraid that we don't have order numbers at the moment; iIt probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

Also, I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

For me a reference number makes it easier to track orders / purchases for my organisation. I basically track orders on a spreadsheet and then mark them as used / completed once the order has been delivered. Currently I use the customer name and zip code but a order number would make life much easier.
