    When I schedule from the admin portal for a customer, I cannot select in which country the customer is located, so in the webhook the utcOffset is empty.

    This causes the wrong time to be sent to the customer.
    It would be nice to be able to select the country or timezone of the customer when the admin makes a reservation on behalf of the customer.

    I'm afraid this feature isn't available in the panel yet; we have integrated time zone for the employee to see a different time zone in the panel, however this does not apply to the customer.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion onĀ this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
