We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    hi my coupon codes doesnt seem to work if i only put in percentage or the amount but if i put in both it does. And then it also subtracts both the amount and percentage. please help

    Could you please create a coupon with only the percentage discount and send us the code together with the URL of the page where the booking form is so we can try to recreate the issue?

    only a 10 percent discount, but i see its now working. THAT one, but the BOOKED5 which we use when a client booked 5 bookings isnt working. its only allowing 5 pound to be subtracted

    Thank you, we can confirm it works as well. All coupon codes work using the same logic no matter if they are being sent now or after a couple of bookings. This might be a caching issue. Since we have just released the newest update can I ask you to update the plugin and create a new coupon instead of that one?
