I am interested in buying Amelia plugin but i would like to check if there is a way in which we can allow customers to enter their locations in case they want to make house-call visits than pre entered locations ?
Yes, it is possible with Custom fields. However, please note that the collected information will be available as a note on the back-end (so, for example, if one Customer books an Appointment for 3 people and provides their contact details, only the first Customer will be able to receive email/SMS notifications automatically and will be registered as Customer in Amelia). You can find more information about Custom fields here.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
You can only collect the customers' address with custom fields and I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to connect Custom Fields to Google Maps. They can only collect information that Employees will be able to see in the Appointment modal or to receive via notifications (if you add a corresponding placeholder to the notification templates).
Probably, Custom Fields can be connected to Maps with some Custom work.
Our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend these services for customization:
Please check your spam folder as well and if you still can't locate it please go to our store and use the forgot password link, just make sure the email address associated to your purchase is correct as we often see misspelling of the email address being the reason for this.
i have setup/configured custom fields on my amelia booking but the fields dont appear on customers booking form
another thing is that the some of the dates are not aligned
Is there not a way which there is a way in which customers can register themselves for booking and also to change the wp-login page when the system auto register customers
From the screenshot you provided it doesn't seem like you have assigned any services where the custom fields will appear.
some of the dates are not aligned - Could you please explain this a bit more and provide some screenshot so we can get a better understanding?
After the first booking, the Customer is being created in Amelia. Because normally if people don't book anything on the site, they don't need to be logged in as Customers.
After the first booking, they can access the front-end Customer Panel (also you can see how it works from the Customer's side on our demo site if you choose Panels -> Customer panel on the top menu bar here). On the Panel, Customers can see their bookings and manage their appointments and account settings.
When you are posting on ticket that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.
Good day

They do develop such solutions, so if you consider Customization as a possible solution, please reach out to them.
Good evening
our company has purchased the plug-in and we haven’t received any downloads or anything please see attached
