When a customer books an appointment with an employee and there is further capacity - is there a way to block further bookings in this appointment?
I can adjust the capacity for the employee but that affects all appointments. I created a fake customer and fill the capacity by editing the appointment but this affects the Finance reports (as it assumes customer is paying on site)
If you turn off this option in Amelia-Settings-Appointments once a client books, this appointment will be closed for booking no matter if there are still spots available
I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.
We were looking for that option on individual appointments, for example we want some appointments to allow further bookings and others we don't - depending on capacity of the employee for a given appointment
Unfortunately this cannot be achieved with the plugin's builtin features, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
