In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I use Amelia for booking courses. Courses will often run over more than 1 or 2 days. However, when i add a service, i only seem to be able to select 8hr or 16hr. Is there any way to adjust this to days?

There isn't a possibility of creating services for longer than 24 hours in Amela with its current features, unfortunately. Service duration can be up to 1 day/24h and that is the longest appointment duration as well.
You can check out the Events , if you could achieve what you need with using events, but please note that only Services can be synced with Outlook/Google calendars in Amelia, events can't, unfortunately.
You can adjust the duration in Amelia General settings like this to see more than 8h and 16h options to select from

This would require changing the core functions of the plugin so it is not something that can be changed with customization, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
