We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello!
I'm sure there is an easy way to get this to work. I want to set upp half-day kayaking. I want there to be 2 starting-opportunities, at 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00.
I also want 1 or more specific employe to be linked to the activity.
How should i go about?
Hi Mikael,
thank you for reaching out to us
Just go to each employee's profile in Amelia > Employees > Edit Employee > Work Hours, and make on set of schedule for 9.00-12.00, connect it to that service, then click + symbol, and add another set for 13.00-16.00 (and connect it to that service as well).
I'm not sure I get it. The "Make on set of scheduele", is that a specific function or are you just suggesting i should but in lunch for the employee.
If I want 2-hour activities, starting at 8.00, 10.00, 13.00 and 15.00, is that then possible?
It would be nice if you could set custom starting times in the activity-list.
Hi Mikael,
no need for lunch time, unless you want to put it into the schedule.
Set service duration to 2h.
Then go to Amelia > Employees > Edit Employee (the one who will work this service) > Work Hours tab.
Here you can make the following schedule:
8am - 12pm
Save, then click + symbol to add another schedule for that same day, which will be:
1pm - 5pm
Save.
Then you will automatically have 1 hour gap and these slots:
8 -10
10 - 12
13 - 15
15 -17
Still not only starting at fixed times like 8 or 10.
Hi Mikael,
because your service is 1h and 45 minutes; please set the service duration to 2h. Either that, or set the Time Slot Step to 2h in Amelia > Settings > General settings.
Just set it to 2 hours, you can still choose to start at 08.15.
Lets say I want an activity that lasts 1h and 45 min + 15 min buffer (2h total) that starts at 8.00, 10.00, 13.00 and 15.00, is that possible?
In that case, may I see the backend?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
