We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hello, unfortunately you cannot edit the events at the moment. it just says: please wait. the participants cannot be seen either. Unfortunately, the courses cannot be booked either. we helped each other by deactivating the plugin Amelia and reactivating it again. that didn't help for long.

this is the website:
Hi Till,
thank you for reaching out to us
Sound like most likely your server has SQL_BIG_SELECTS enabled, which is disabled in Amelia by default.
This can be changed in the database by changing the value of BIG_SELECTS to "true" in the database.
You can go to the database > wp_options (instead of wp there could be a prefix of your database instead) > amelia_settings > edit > change big selects value in the table to false.
Please provide me with temporary WP admin login if you are unable to locate and edit this yourself.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Till,
thank you so much for the credentials
The issue stays the same, I'm afraid; however, we did discover an error that may be related to another plugin you have.
Please try turning off your other plugins one by one, and check when Events appear; the plugin that makes the event reappear is the one in question that is causing this issue.
If that does not provide the desired result, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files which you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Hi Till,
thank you for the kind reply; duplicating is a different process than accessing your site on our browser locally, so we can only do it like this, I'm afraid.
many thanks. is it possible if I give you FTP access? then it would be easier.
Hi Till,
sure, you can; I'm afraid that process will then take a bit longer.
Please send the FTP access
