We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi -
I currently have a basic subscription, but in order to have the option to have customers book blocks of appointments I would be interested in upgrading to Pro. Is this possible?
Thanks
Hi Monika
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will gladly help you with the upgrade.
If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will process the payment.
For that, we will need you to confirm the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to.
So, please, let us know and we will make the change.
Hi Blaženka,
sure, I used the email address [email protected].
Could you please just confirm how this will go ahead? Should I pay the difference of the cost for the remainder of the contract, or will you cancel the current subscription after I sign up for the new one.
Many thanks
Dave
Hi Dave
Thank you for the confirmation.
We will charge you the difference in price, and deduct the time you already spent using the licence after the subscription was renewed.
Hi Monika
Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. Then, go to your Plugins section, deactivate and delete Amelia, and then download the installation file attached to my response and install it.
Your purchase code remains the same, all you need to do is verify that your purchase code is added to Amelia Settings/Activation, so you're able to receive auto-updates in the future.
