Hello!
I'd like to ask about the activation of Google Map API Key. From what I understand, Google only bills you after you use up the monthly $200 credits. What I would like to learn more about is what kind of maps/routes/places are going to be used in Amelia. E.g. Is it only static maps or dynamic maps? Do we choose these ourselves? Does adding the location's google map link in appointment emails count as one request for Google Map API?
Any insights will be extremely helpful!
Thanks!

Hi Rachel,
thank you for reaching out to us
At the moment, we are only using Google Maps API for setting up Locations.
Maps are currently used for the backend only, and don't appear on the frontend for the clients.
There were a few requests for dynamic maps that users can interact with on the frontend booking, however, this feature is not yet in plan, I'm afraid.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
