Hello, is there a way to hide not assigned services for an employee on their panel? I mean, my calendar is used by freelancers and each of them can see others provided services.

    Hi Jonas,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

I'm afraid that it's not possible to hide these services at the moment, so that employee can reassign himself if needed. You can always disable the option Configure their services in Amelia > Settings > Roles > Employee so that this whole tab is not visible to them.

    Hello Ivana,

thank you for reply. :) Hmm, this feature would be nice in the future!

I have one more question, what do these settings mean "amelia employee role > amelia_read_services and amelia_write_services (I can choose grant or deny)"?

  • Jonas replied

    Dear Ivana,

I have one more problem. I use two languages on my website (default - English, Lithuanian) and I translated notifications for customers and employees. Notifications for customers are working perfectly (they get translated version if they choose Lithuanian language), but then my employees receive notification in English and not translated version.

    Hi Jonas

These options you mention don't come from Amelia, it looks like something from Role Editor, amelia_read_services probably gives or denies your employees the option to see all services and  amelia_write_services to edit them. But it would be best to check that with their support as we are not familiar with their interface.

Do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

How can I contact their support? Also, maybe you have a solution to language problem I mentioned before.

    Hi Jonas

I apologize I haven't seen the second question, we are aware of this behavior of translated email notifications and we have already brought to our developers' attention that this needs to be regulated somehow, so I assure you we are working on itsmile.png

As for Role Editor support I can suggest this page https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/user-role-editor/

I hope it helps, do let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Hi Jonas

Since the error advises that URI is incorrect, please go to Amelia > Employees, and check the URL in the searchbar of the browser. This URL has to be placed in Google Integration tab in Redirect URI and also inside your Google Console.

When you are posting on ticket that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.

    Thank you for understanding.
