Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed. It might be WP Rocket or another plugin, it is hard to say. We did, however, have some clients reporting issues with WP Rocket.
Can you please deactivate it and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Also, it can be security settings of your site or your hosting; if you are using any kind of Cache plugin, you can add the pages where Amelia Booking is as an exception to the plugin.
I excluded the page in WP Rocket, it's working fine now! Somehow WP Rocket cached the page without the list from Ameila. It's working fine again.
Strange, because I'm using WP Rocket with Amelia for more than a year together, never experienced this problem. Probably other people will have the same issue.
I have made some events. When a client is logged in, the events are visible. But when not logged in, no Amelia events are visible.
Is their a setting I missed? It use to work fine.
Attached to screenshot from the same page. One logged in as a regular client, second not logged in as user.
Please help with this problem.
Hi Dennis,

Hi Dennis,
thank you for letting me know, I'm glad it works now
You can also see how to "exclude" Amelia from WP Rocket's cache so that you wouldn't have to turn off the whole Rocket if you need it.
