Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Good morning, I've some questions before purchasing your product. Should be possible to create multiple users with different right privileges? I'll explain better. We need to use Amelia for Spa appointments. The admin user (reception for example) should be able to modify the content (services, employees etc..) and our masseuses should have access only to appointments section. 2nd question: how could we apply a discount in % before "set as fully paid" in finance section? 3rd question: does the currency change automatically as soon as the account is registered in Switzerland? We look forward to hear from you soon. Best regards
Hi there,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us
There are multiple levels of Roles for the backend of Amelia.
Optionally, you can be an Admin and not give your employee access to the backend at all, but allow them to manage bookings from the frontend with Employee Panel.
Discounts can be made only via Coupons, or by creating a Package offer.
Amelia will have the currency which you set up in the backend; I'm afraid it can only be one currency at a time.
