Hi,
We have a web site where clients can book multiple “appointments”. These are actually self development sessions.
Many clients can book more than one session on the same day. The sessions are not time bound.
Our problem is that we want the appointments to appear as tasks/events in their work calendars. Currently they get an email reminder but have to go back onto the site to see their calendar. The client work calendar is almost always an Outlook or Exchange calendar, although some do have Google or iCal formats.
Is Amelia a potential solution?
All our sites are WP sites
Thanks
Chris
Hi Chris,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia and for reaching out to us
You can offer these sessions together as Packages, feature available in Amelia Pro and Developer Licences.
The session duration unfortunately needs to be predetermined by yourself, when creating the service.
We have an integration with both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar for the purpose of employees being able to check their booked sessions outside of Amelia, in their own calendars
I hope this helps; please feel free to let me know if you have more questions.
