We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

I have events in my calendar that are 'All day' events'. But time slots on that day are still bookable in my Amelia calendar?

This applies to Outlook and Google.

How can we ensure the 'All day' appointments are not bookable?

    Hi Shehbaz,

thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.

Please check Amelia > Settings > Integrations > both Google and Outlook tabs, if Busy Slots are enabled, and that number of returned events in on maximum (2500 for Google, 999 for Outlook).

    Hi Ivana

    Thanks for your message.
Yes we checked and tested these settings too. Allowed time for the server to fetch the slots too but all day events did not sync.

    Please help.

    Hi Shehbaz,

thank you for letting me knowsmile.png

In that case, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Shehbaz,

    thank you for the credentialssmile.png

It seems that your WordPress is not on 5.7.2, please update it.

For the all days that were not shown, please check again - In both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar settings the maximum of returned events was not on maximum. I switched them to maximum (2500 for Google and 999 for Outlook).

    Please try again.

    Hi Shehbaz,

    thank you for the screenshot!smile.png

Please kindly provide me Azure credentials for the integration with Outlook, and Outlook credentials of the Demo employee whose calendar that is.

Just make sure to respond privately.

    Hi Ivana

It seems to be working now. I tried again with another block day and it blocked that day too immediately.

    Thank you for your help!

    Regards

    Shehbaz
