We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Following the directions of support, I disabled the staging server subdomain, hoping that this would finally allow Amelia to function. Unfortunately, it appears that the subdomain was listed as the active site for this plugin. So I deleted that on the tms-plugins.com site. Unfortunately, I now see no way to add the current live domain as the one on which Amelia is supposed to function.
I have searched for documentation on how to handle this, and there is none. I need to get this appointment system working so we can book low-income people to get their COVID vaccinations,. Every day that this is not working, we are falling behind, and people are possibly getting sick.
Does anyone have any advice?

If you removed the active domain from the TMS store you should be able to activate it from Amelia-Settings-Activation on the website you are currently using.
Simply add your purchase code and click on Activate button
Do let us know if this works, if not please tell us the domain name you want to use with this licence and where it was used before, so we can investigate this further.
