As you can see under Appointments, this appointment has been successfully booked with Stripe using your Test credentials.
You need to use one of the Stripe's Test cards in order to test bookings with Stripe test mode, so you can't use an actual card with it. Once you go live, you will be able to use a real card.
I see what happened, I didn't use a US zip code. Now it worked. However, can we disable the use of zip codes for the payment? I can foresee a lot of issues there as all clients are European and every country has a different way of typing a postal code. Moreover, most EU clients are not used to type in their postal code when making a CC payment.
Stripe recognizes the issuer country of a card, and since test cards are US-based, they have a ZIP code field, which is mandatory.
If the issuer country of a card doesn't require a ZIP code field, it will not be present on the form. Try using one of your cards, you'll see that there's no ZIP code field there.
Hi there,
I have activated Stripe in sandbox (test) environment but when trying to book I get this error: http://prntscr.com/1805gns
Can you help me out resolving it please?
Thanks!
Hello Patrick
Thanks for the credentials.
Your test credentials are working just fine:
