    Hi!

    I have set certain dates and times ( I'm only have 4 available time slots on my "training" days that my clients can see and then book me...I am not available any other times or days during the week .... other than the times I set up on Amelia appointments where players can book through their packages or a single appoinment) 

    My clients, however, keep setting up random dates and times to book me while I am not available and I do not know how to turn it off. Do I click "Turn off customer rescheduling appoinments " under role settings. I dont want them to have the power to book any time just the ones I set up ...

    I keep getting annoyed and disturbed with my customers booking random dates. 

    PLEASE FIX THIS.

    Hi, Daria,

    Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.

    Please make sure that you set your "training" days through Employee's profile and assigned the Services to the particular days/time periods when they should be available, for example:

    You can disable the "Allow customers to reschedule their appointments" option, of course, if you don't want them to reschedule appointments at all. However, it's not the reason why they can book "random" dates.

    Hi Lisa, I have created work hours for each of the employees separately and it is still not working. and clients are still able to book their own trainings. Please see attachment.

    Liza is out of the office at the moment, so I hope that you don't mind me jumping in; I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.

    From what I understand so far your worktime on the service Lax Training is from 9am to 1pm.

    Clients can book this particular service at later time outside of the working hours?

    Thanks for getting back to me really appreciate the fast replies. and Work hours are from 9-1pm 

    We host 1 hour group sessions at 9, 10, 11, & 12pm .... what our clients are doing are scheduling their own private individual sessions at random times like 5pm or 3 pm and it is creating a hassle because we have to keep declining them. 


    We dont want clients booking at random times during the day only the sessions we have alotted.

    Hi Daria,

    in that case to make things even faster, I'd like to take a look at the schedule from the inside.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Daria,

    thank you so much; this is really odd.

    All of your employees work until 13:00; hence, nothing should be bookable past this time. I clicked on a few packages but every day I chose gave me until 13:00 to book.

    Is there any chance that you can give me a specific example?

    Hi Daria,

    I see now - if employee does not have a booking occupying any date in August, this time will be by default available in Amelia.

    You can block these times from being booked so that no one can book randomly by giving those employees who work those services Days Off in Amelia > Employee > Edit > Days Off.

    You can set August 1st - September 1st, and when you go back to the frontend like a user would, this whole month will show as unavailable.
