    Hi there,

    I used to be able to create an appointment/take appointments with the location selected as online/zoom. I could then create a meeting code and easily share it with my client. However, I've somehow lost that function. 

    I've got the 'zoom' setting enabled for each of the consultations I'm looking to do online (see image 56). However when I'm booking it in, there's no 'online/zoom' option. (see image 57)

    Please check if your employee has the work hours for the Online location in Amelia > Employee > Work Hours.

    Also please check your shortcode on this page if it has been preselected on accident for the live location only.
