If we have a 4 hour service and are open 12 hours a day, on the free version the booking form only offers 3 prepopulated slots of 4 hours.
With the paid version can these times overlap so that clients can have more control over the time they want to book?

Unfortunately slots need to be predetermined at the moment, I'm afraid - they can only be a set amount of hours determined by service duration setting.
]I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
