Full Day Appointments

    Dear TMS Team,

    1) Somehow Amilia is only blocking non full day appointments from the bookable times lots. I have many full day appointments in my calendar, why aren't those blocked out from the Amelia booking platform?

    2) is there a "full day booking mode" in Amelia? Or a way to not display times slots but only full days?

    Yours,

    Philipp

    Hi Philipp,

    thank you for contacting ussmile.png

    1. Please let me know are you referring to the Amelia Calendar, or Google / Outlook Calendar?

    2. At the moment, you can set your employee's shift to 23 hours, and service duration to 23 hours so that you can get one slot for full day.

    Hi Ivana,

I am reffering to the Amelia Calendar showing appointment slots on days where I have a full day appointment in my Google Kalender which is set "busy".

    Hi Philipp,

    thank you for elaboratingsmile.png

Have you made sure to activate the full capacity of busy slot removal in Google Calendar (2500)?

If yes, then I would need to take a look, if you don't mind.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
