We are a US-based nonprofit hosting a free, virtual summer camp for our 1000 scholarship students who are disadvantaged children from remote areas of Vietnam. I have some questions:

    1. Are Concurrent sessions possible (Multiple/concurrent sessions that registrants can choose from) ? Can we upload a schedule for the concurrent sessions that campers can sign up to?
    2. Can different sessions have different availability (seats, time)?
    3. We will need to export names for each session, etc. to csv, excel to upload into our LMS. Would this be possible?
    4. What are the plugins that we must have?
    5. Does your platform work in Vietnamese?
    6. Is there a way to test out an event with multiple/concurrent sessions ?

    THank you.

    Hi Diep,

thank you so much for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

    I'll be happy to advise:

    1. You can make concurrent sessions Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, with Recurring Services setting; however, we unfortunately don't have an option at the moment for immediate concurrent bookings (9am-10am booking + 10am-11am booking); you could use the feature Packages to offer multiple appointments to a user, however, these appointments can be booked for any time; they can even book concurrent in the same day if the next time after their first appointment is available.

    2. Different services can have different availability and duration time, but individual sessions from the same service can only have different capacity of attendees (depending on the employee; one employee can have a session with 10 people in service A, and another employee who also works service A can have capacity 3).

    3. User information can be easily exported in CSV format, with one click, in Amelia Customers tab.

    4. There are no other plugins beside Amelia that you would need for the base functions; you can use LocoTranslate or POEDIT plugin for translations, and WooCommerce additional plugins if you need a payment method that is not integrated in Amelia.

    5. The default language of your Amelia will be the one that you have chosen in the WordPress settings.

The plugin can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.

    6. For testing, you can check out our demos; or you can download Amelia Lite to your site and see how it works in real time.

Step by step booking UI is customer friendly and simple; however, there are a lot of options that you can mix and match to organize it to suit your business in the best possible way; you can check out our documentation for all features Amelia offers, and please feel free to let me know about any question regarding them!smile.png
