    Hello, 

    The employees are trying to reschedule appointments using the employee panel. However, some days / times are grayed out even though they are available (attached example, this person should be available all days of the week). I can reschedule for them on the backend using WP without any problems, but the availabilities are not the same on their employee panel.

    How to resolve?

    Please make sure that this employee does not have booked times for those days, and that this customer does not have other bookings during those days.
