I want to directly display the calendar for a particular service via this shortcode [ameliabooking service=16]. I work with Elementor. I don't want to display the selection page for the different services. The shortcode does not work on my front, Amelia asks me to select a service among all of my services.
That is very strange, the purpose of the shortcode is to show only one service; can you please check if you got the ID right? Also please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
When you check all of these, if the issue persists, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When I am logged in to the wordpress backend, the calendar is displayed as before (with the service selected for the shortcode). If I am not logged in, the selection of available services now appears. I ask for quick help, this is really a big problem.
Issues like this are usually linked to some Security plugins, blocking access to non-logged-in users, or non-admin users. You would need to take a look if there's a security plugin or any access limitation settings that are applied on the page.
If there isn't please open a new ticket (as you can't set someone else's ticket to private as this is a public ticket), and provide us with a temporary WP admin so that we can take a look on the inside.

Same problem here.
Probably since today, instead of the calendar, first de selection for the service is displayed.
