Can you have an item in your cart and book an appointment in one transaction?

In the integration with Amelia, WooCommerce plays the role of a payment getaway, therefore some of its features like a cart are not available. That's why it's not possible to add appointments to a cart.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
