    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please make sure that you established Zoom integration according to our documentation: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/

    Also, please make sure that you connected your Employees to Zoom Users and enabled the Zoom option for the Services that take place online:

    After that, you should add the %zoom_join_url% and %zoom_host_url% placeholders to the corresponding email notifications.

    Please note that you have to book a test appointment in order to test Zoom link.
