Thank you very much for your help.
I'm having trouble receiving notification emails from Amelia.
I have set up the notification settings, but both employees and customers are not receiving the emails.
I'm not sure why I'm not receiving any notifications, so I'm asking for your help.
I have attached a screenshot of the settings so that you can see what is going on.
Best Regards.
Hi again, Mitsutaka!
Could you please change the mail service to PHP in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications and test notifications again?
Please note that emails sent through PHP service end up in the Spam folder quite often, so make sure you check there as well if you don't receive them for some time.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you Liza for all your help.
I changed to PHP and got the email.
I set it to SMTP again and did not receive any mail.
Best Regards.
Mitsutaka,
Thank you for the confirmation.
That means that email notifications work in Amelia, and the problem is coming from SMTP settings.
Could you please reach out to your hosting provider and ask their support which settings should be done in order to use SMTP service on a WordPress site?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your reply.
I understand that there is no problem with Amelia.
I will contact WordPress and see if they can help.
Thank you very much.
