The page where the Pick Service tab is is unfortunately not customizable yet in such way; you can influence the font colors, and calendar background with Amelia > Customize tab.

I have another question in regards to having a shop on the booking website. Can you have an item in your cart and book an appointment in one transaction?

Are you referring to a non Amelia item? I'm afraid that at the moment, you can only have Amelia appointments in the cart.
I want to see if it works with WooCommerce? Can it be done if I hire a programmar?

you can always try setting it up in WooCommerce, however, as this feature isn't available in Amelia, we cannot guarantee that it will work.
