Can you please tell me which version of the plugin you are using?
Something like this was an issue in an early version of plugins, so if you are still using older ones, please update on the latest version which is 3.4.4
We are not sure what you mean by the free version, because the free version of the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpdatatables/ does not have those libraries. They are only in the premium version of the plugin that is used for SQL-based tables, which is not available in the free version of the plugin.
Please check one more what is the exact version of the plugin on your website and if is not the latest one (3.4.4) you will need to update it. You can check our changelog here https://wpdatatables.com/help/whats-new-changelog/

These tabes are created manually in the backend or WordPress. There is no custom SQL query as part of this and there is no source file.
